This work investigates physics-informed neural networks for solar flare nowcasting and forecasting using soft X-ray measurements from SoLEXS and hard X-ray measurements from HEL1OS aboard Aditya-L1. The approach combines time-series modelling with physics constraints, explainable AI and uncertainty quantification to produce interpretable flare risk estimates.
